B. Shoe-shining service
Attendant: Housekeeping .May I help you, sir?
Guest: Do you know where I can have my shoes shined?
A: Yes, sir. The hotel provides free shoe shining service for its guests. All that you have to do is to place your shoes to be shined outside your door before you go to bed and the night porter will collect them. The shoes
